Big Tex Cellular started back in 2020, in the thick of the pandemic — when the world went remote and reliable devices suddenly mattered to everyone. We began sourcing and reconditioning used phones, and it didn’t take long to hit the thing that frustrates every serious buyer in this business: grading you can’t trust, and suppliers who overpromise and then go quiet.
So we built the operation we wished existed. Every device that moves through our Dallas facility is tested, IMEI-verified, and graded to a standard we actually stand behind — we’d sooner under-grade a phone than send a buyer something that doesn’t match the description. And every refurbished unit we move is one kept in use and out of the waste stream.
By 2023, that operation had grown into its own brand: Big Tex Cellular. Today we supply resellers, repair shops, and export buyers worldwide with graded, verified phones, tablets, and computers — at volume, on straight terms.
We’re not chasing being the biggest name in wholesale. We’re after something better: being the source business buyers trust first, and keep coming back to.
